Return & Refund Policy

At LifeCure Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of wellness, skin care, and hair care products, certain return conditions apply to ensure hygiene and safety.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Because our products include personal care and cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking item

  • A wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Image of the outer packaging

  • Your order number

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund (if replacement is not available)

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delay caused by courier services

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

  • Store credit may be issued (if applicable).

Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days depending on banking channels.

5. Important Notes

  • Customers must provide correct shipping details at the time of order.

  • Refused COD orders without valid reason may affect future order eligibility.

  • LifeCure Naturals reserves the right to decline unreasonable return requests.
