We ship across all cities in Pakistan.

Our products, including oils, serums, creams, and other personal care items, are packed securely using protective packaging to prevent leakage, damage, or breakage during transit.

2. Delivery Timelines

Order Processing:
Most orders are confirmed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Standard Delivery:
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Remote Areas:
Delivery to certain remote areas (such as parts of Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, or interior regions) may take an additional 2–3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable while maintaining secure packaging standards.

4. Package Inspection

As some of our products include oils and liquid-based items, we request that you inspect the package upon arrival.

If you notice any visible damage, leakage, or tampering:

  • Inform the courier immediately.

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours with photo or video proof so we can assist you.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.
